These grades offer excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, making them suitable for a wide range of chemical processes.The ASTM A312 specification covers seamless, straight-seam welded, and heavily cold-worked welded austenitic stainless steel pipe intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service. TP304 and TP304L are the most commonly used grades for seamless pipes in this specification.
